Apple Cider Slushy

Prep: 10 minutes plus freezing • Serves: 2

Ice cube tray with 16 (1-ounce) molds
3 cups apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
Honeycrisp apple slices for garnish (optional)

1.Fill ice cube tray with 2 cups apple cider; freeze 2 hours or until frozen.

2. In blender, purée vanilla extract, apple pie spice, remaining 1 cup apple cider and apple cider cubes on high until smooth; pour into 2 (12-ounce) glasses and garnish with apple slices, if desired. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
