Balsamic Red Onions

2medium red onions, sliced 1/2-inch thick crosswise
1/4cup Colavita® Olive Oil
1/4cup balsamic vinegar
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Lay onions in single layer on rimmed baking pan; brush both sides with oil. Drizzle onions with vinegar; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Place onions on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes, or until onions become soft, turning once.
