Banana-Nut Chocolate Chip Sheet Pancakes

3 cups Guernsey 1/2% Low Fat Milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Larry Mini Chocolate Chips
1 medium banana, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Domino® Powdered Sugar for garnish (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 425°; line large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract; fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread pancake mixture on prepared pan; top with banana, walnuts and remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
2.Bake 12 minutes or until top is lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut pancake into 15 pieces; serve dusted with powdered sugar, if desired.
