BBQ Grilled Swordfish with Citrus Slaw

Prep: 10 minutes
Grill: 8 minutes • Serves: 4

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
2 cups classic coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro plus additional for optional garnish
4 swordfish steaks (about 6 ounces each)
1/4 cup honey barbeque sauce

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, orange juice and hot sauce; fold in coleslaw mix, onion and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate.

2.Brush 1 side of swordfish with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce; place sauce side down on hot grill rack. Brush top of swordfish with remaining 2 tablespoons sauce; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once.

3.Serve swordfish over slaw garnished with cilantro, if desired.
