Beer Margarita

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 6

2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 can (12 fluid ounces) light beer
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup agave nectar
Lime wheels for garnish (optional)

1.Spread salt in shallow dish. Wet rims of 6 (8-ounce) rock glasses with water; dip rims of glasses into salt to coat and add ice.

2.Fill 60-ounce cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add beer, lime juice, tequila and agave nectar to shaker; cover and shake vigorously. Makes about 3 cups.

3.Strain beer mixture into prepared glasses; garnish with lime wheels, if desired. Makes 6 margaritas.
