Buffalo-Style Tuna Salad Bowls

1cup dry instant brown rice
4cups coleslaw mix
2pouches (2.6 ounces each) hot buffalo-style tuna
1medium red bell pepper, halved and sliced
3/4cup blue cheese dressing
4cups coleslaw mix

1. Cook rice as label directs; transfer to large bowl and cool slightly. Add coleslaw; toss. Makes about 6 cups.
2. Divide coleslaw mixture, tuna and pepper over 4 bowls; serve with dressing.
