Busch’s Bacon Lettuce Tomato

Prep: 30 minutes • Serves: 1


2 slices cooked bacon (Dearborn Applewood Smoked)
1 cup lettuce (Square Roots Super Micro Mix)
2 slices tomato 1/4” thick (Heirloom Tomato)
1 sub roll (St. Pierre Brioche Sub Roll)
1 tsp olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
2 tbsp mayo (Hellman’s Mayo)

1. Toss the micro greens in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper.

2. Open the sub roll up all the way so that the top is not attached to the bottom. Spread the mayo onto the bottom layer.

3. Place the tomato slices down on the bun in a flat layer.

4. Add the bacon so that both slices reach all the way across the length of the bun. They will slightly overlap each other.

5. Add the micro greens down the bun in the same manner to cover the length.

6. Cover with the top bun and Enjoy!
