Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Pull-Apart Sliders

3 slices thick-sliced bacon, chopped
1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken meat
1-1/2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 package (12 rolls) favorite Hawaiian rolls, split lengthwise
Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
3. In large bowl, stir cream cheese, onions, chicken, Cheddar cheese, seasoning and bacon. Makes about 2 cups.
4. Place bottom rolls, cut side up, in prepared dish; top with cheese mixture and top rolls, cut side down. Brush tops of rolls with butter; cover dish with aluminum foil.
5. Bake sliders 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts; remove foil and bake 5 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
6. Serve sliders sprinkled with chives, if desired. Makes 12 sliders.
