Cheesy Corn Dip

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 12

2 containers (8 ounce each) whipped cream cheese spread, softened
1 medium jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (15.25 ounce) no salt added corn, drained and rinsed
Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

1.In large bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese, jalapeño pepper, salt and black pepper 3 minutes or until light and fluffy; fold in corn and sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Makes about 3 cups.


Approximate nutritional values per serving (1/4 cup):

Fiesta Avocado Dip

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 12

2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

1.In large bowl, mash avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper with fork; stir in yogurt and sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Makes about 3-2/3 cups.

Strawberry-Lime Fruit Dip

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 12

2 containers (8 ounce each) whipped strawberry cream cheese spread, softened
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup honey

1.In large bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese, lime juice and honey 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Makes about 2-1/4 cups.
