1 1/2 oz light rum (Plantation 3 Stars)
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain®)
1 tbsp Crème de Violette (Rothman & Winter)
2 oz soda water
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain®)
1 tbsp Crème de Violette (Rothman & Winter)
2 oz soda water
1.Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with soda water.
