Grilled Cilantro Pesto, Red Pepper & Pineapple Naan

4 garlic cloves
3 cups lightly packed fresh cilantro sprigs
1/4 cup roasted no salt pepitas
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package (8.8 ounces) whole-grain naan bread
6 canned pineapple slices in 100% pineapple juice, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package (8.8 ounces) whole-grain naan bread
6 canned pineapple slices in 100% pineapple juice, drained
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In blender, purée garlic, cilantro, pepitas, cheese, lime juice and oil. Makes about 1 cup.
2.Spread naan with pesto; top with pineapple, pepper and onion. Place naan on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until lightly charred on bottom and edges. Transfer naan to cutting board; cut into quarters.
