Herb-Crusted Tilapia with Green Beans

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tilapia fillets, thawed if necessary (about 5 ounces each)
Lemon wedges and/or thinly sliced chives for garnish (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In small bowl, stir breadcrumbs and seasoning.
2. In large bowl, toss green beans, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper.
3. Place tilapia on 1 side of prepared pan; brush tilapia with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Place green beans on opposite side of prepared pan; bake 10 minutes or until tilapia is golden brown and internal temperature of tilapia reaches 145°, and green beans are tender. Makes about 3 cups green beans.
4. Serve tilapia with green beans, lemon wedges and/or chives, if desired.
