Hoisin Noodle Stir-Fry with Chicken

Cook: 8 minutes • Serves: 4

1/2 (16-ounce) package linguine
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ¼-inch-thick strips
1 package (12 ounces) broccoli slaw
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1.Prepare pasta as label directs; drain, return to saucepot and cover.

2.In medium bowl, whisk hoisin, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and 1/2 cup water.

3.In large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Add broccoli slaw and hoisin mixture; cook 3 minutes or until slaw is wilted and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°, stirring frequently. Add linguine; toss to coat. Makes about 7 cups.

4.Serve linguine mixture topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
