Homemade “Lunchable” Bento Boxes

4 (6-compartment) bento-style lunch boxes
24 organic mini chocolate chip cookies
16 whole wheat crackers
4 slices low sodium turkey, quartered
4 slices reduced fat Cheddar cheese, quartered
1/2 cup reduced fat ranch dressing (optional)
1 celery stalk, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch sticks
1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into 3 x 1/2-inch sticks
1 medium Fuji apple, cored, halved and thinly sliced
24 organic mini chocolate chip cookies

4 slices reduced fat Cheddar cheese, quartered
1/2 cup reduced fat ranch dressing (optional)

1.Fill lunch boxes by dividing cookies into 1 compartment, crackers into 1 compartment, turkey into 1 compartment, cheese into 1 compartment, dressing, if desired, celery and carrot into 1 compartment and apple into remaining compartment; cover with lids and refrigerate up to 3 days.
