Korean BBQ Ground Beef Rice Bowl

1pound Busch’s Ground Round
1/2cup Korean BBQ sauce plus additional for serving (optional)
1/2seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1cup kimchi
1cup matchstick carrots
1/2cup thinly sliced red and/or green chile peppers
4green onions, thinly sliced
1tablespoon sesame seeds
1. Prepare rice as label directs.
2. In large, nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned, breaking up beef with side of spoon. Stir in BBQ sauce; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
3. In large bowl, toss cucumber, kimchi, carrots and peppers. Divide rice into 4 bowls; top with beef mixture and vegetable-kimchi mixture. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds; drizzle with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
