1/4 cup frozen limeade, slightly softened
1-1/2 cups chopped and frozen fresh mangos
1-1/2 teaspoons flaked coconut
Lime slices for garnish (optional)
1. In blender, blend soymilk and limeade 5 seconds. Add mangos and coconut, and blend 20 seconds or until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime slices, if desired.

To easily remove mango flesh from pit, first cut both ends of mango to create flat surfaces. Hold mango on cutting board with a flat surface down. Using a small knife, remove peel by slicing down sides of mango.
