Pan-Roasted Buffalo Brussels Sprouts

Cook: 20 minutes • Serves: 4

1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, larger sprouts cut into thirds or quarters
1-1/2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

1. In large skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium-low heat 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring occasionally; add Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and cook undisturbed 3 minutes or until browned. Stir Brussels sprouts; cook 15 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.

2.Serve Brussels sprouts drizzled with sauce and sprinkled with cheese.
