PB & Berry Chia Snack Bars

Prep: 10 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 16

Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup dry roasted shelled sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1.Line 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil so that foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray.

2.In large bowl, stir all ingredients; firmly press into prepared dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

3.Using overhanging sides of foil, lift bar out of dish; remove foil and cut into 16 squares. Refrigerate bars in airtight container with parchment between layers up to 2 weeks.

Chef Tip:
For an allergen-friendly option, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
