Nonstick cooking spray
1 can (15 ounces) 100% pure pumpkin
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Chef Tip:
For easier handling of dinner rolls, keep them refrigerated until ready to open and unroll.

Use leftover filling to flavor pancake or waffle batter; or mix with 1 cup softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and serve as a dip with apple slices and gingersnaps.
