St Patrick’s Day Cocktail Recipe – Irish Coffee

1-1/2ounces Irish Whiskey
1/2 ounce simple syrup or maple syrup
3-1/2 ounces strong coffee
Whipped Heavy Cream to Top
Garnish: Freshly Grated Cinnamon (optional)

1. In a mug or heatproof glass, stir together the whiskey, syrup, and hot coffee.

2. Carefully spoon the wipped heavy cream over the top of the drink.

3. Garnish with cinnamon if desired.
