Strawberry-Kiwi Margarita

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

Kosher salt
Lime wedges
6 ounces (3/4 cup) gold or silver tequila
2 ounces (1/4 cup) orange-flavored liqueur such as Cointreau, Grand Marnier® or Triple Sec
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped peeled kiwi plus additional for garnish (optional)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Domino® Granulated Sugar

1. Spread salt on plate. Run lime wedges around rims of 4 margarita glasses to dampen; dip rim of glasses into salt to coat. Add ice to glasses.

2. Add tequila, liqueur, strawberries, kiwi, lime juice and sugar to blender; purée on high speed until smooth. Pour margarita into prepared glasses; garnish each with kiwi, if desired. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
