Strawberry, Lemon & Basil Ice Sticks

Prep: 10 minutes plus freezing • Serves: 11

2 lemon wheels, cut into small wedges
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh basil
1 cup water

1.Place 11-cavity silicone ice stick mold on rimmed baking pan. Fill stick molds with lemon wedges, strawberries, basil and water; freeze at least 3 hours or up to 1 month. Makes 11 ice sticks.
