Superb Seven Layer Dip

2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 cups refried black beans
1-1/2 cups southwest-style dairy-based dip
1 cup jarred chunky salsa
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup favorite cheese curds, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup drained canned sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 cups refried black beans
1-1/2 cups southwest-style dairy-based dip
1 cup jarred chunky salsa
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup favorite cheese curds, chopped
3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup drained canned sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1. In medium bowl, stir avocados, pico de gallo and lime juice. In separate medium bowl, stir beans and 1/2 cup water.
2. In 10-inch round serving dish (about 2-1/2 quarts), layer avocado mixture, beans, dip, salsa, sour cream, cheeses, olives and green onions. Makes about 8 cups.
