Tuscan Chicken Flatbread

Bake: 18 minutes • Serves: 4

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese plus additional for serving (optional)
1 tablespoon Colavita® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano plus additional for serving (optional)
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley plus additional for serving (optional)
1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated classic pizza crust
3/4 cup tomato basil sauce
1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1-1/4 cups leftover shredded cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1.Preheat oven to 450°. In medium bowl, stir garlic, Parmesan cheese, oil, oregano and parsley. Unroll pizza crust onto rimmed baking pan; brush with garlic oil. Bake crust 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.

2.Leaving a 1/2-inch border, spread sauce over crust; top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, beans and onion. Bake flatbread 8 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese melts. Cut flatbread into 8 pieces; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley, if desired.
