Chicken & Apple-Kale Slaw Wrap

3tablespoons Chobani® Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1tablespoon DeLallo® Lemon Juice
2teaspoons honey
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4cups broccoli coleslaw
1/2cup chopped McIntosh apple
1/2cup packed baby kale
1/4cup thinly sliced red onion
4whole grain sandwich wraps
2cups chopped whole roasted chicken meat
1/4cup crumbled blue cheese
1tablespoon DeLallo® Lemon Juice

1. In medium bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper; add coleslaw, apple, kale and onion and toss to combine. Fill wraps with chicken, cheese and coleslaw mixture.
