Coconut Matcha Balls
Prep: 20 minutes • Makes: 24 balls
3/4cup Domino® Powdered Sugar
1/4cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1/4cup coconut oil
1/4cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2teaspoons matcha powder
2 1/2cups premium baking white chocolate, melted
1. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, stir coconut, sugar, coconut milk, coconut oil, condensed milk and 1 teaspoon matcha powder. Form into 1-1/2-inch balls; place on prepared pan. Freeze 2 hours up to overnight.
2. Using a fork, dip balls into chocolate to completely cover, allowing excess to drip off; place on same pan and immediately sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder. Refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 week.
