Coconut-Turmeric Twist

2cups chopped mango
1cup chilled coconut water
2tablespoons chia seeds plus additional for garnish
2tablespoons lite coconut milk
1tablespoon honey
1teaspoon coconut oil
1/2teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4teaspoon turmeric
Crystallized ginger for garnish (optional)
1cup chilled coconut water

1. In blender, purée all ingredients on high until smooth. Serve garnished with crystallized ginger and chia seeds, if desired.
