Spicy Mango Margarita Spritzer

Prep: 10 minutes • Serves: 4

Kosher salt
5 lime slices
Ice
1 cup chopped mango
1 cup gold or silver tequila
1 cup margarita mix
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup mandarin orange seltzer

1. Spread salt on plate. Run 1 lime slice around rims of 4 margarita glasses to dampen; dip rims of glasses into salt to coat. Add ice to glasses.

2. Add mango, tequila, mix and ice to blender; purée on high until smooth. Add jalapeño; purée on high until small pieces of jalapeño remain. Makes about 2-2/3 cups.

3. Pour mango mixture into prepared glasses; top each with seltzer and garnish with remaining lime slices.

Chef Tip:
