Thai Peanut Butter Burgers

Prep: 15 minutes
Grill: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

4 burger patties (4 ounces each)
Nonstick cooking spray
4 pretzel buns
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1.Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of burgers with cooking spray. Place burgers on hot grill rack; cover and cook 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. During last minute of cooking, place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until lightly toasted.

2. In medium bowl, whisk garlic, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sugar and crushed red pepper; fold in coleslaw mix and cilantro. Spread cut sides of buns with peanut butter; serve burgers in buns topped with coleslaw mixture.
