Busch’s Michigan Peach Salsa
Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4-6
4 Michigan peaches, diced 1/4″
1 large heirloom tomato, diced 1/4″
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced 1/4″
1/2 jalapeño pepper, de-seeded and minced (about 1 tablespoon)
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

1. Once all the vegetables and fruit are prepared, place them in a mixing bowl and add the lime juice and salt.
2. Stir to combine and place into a serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro.
3. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or place on grilled pork tenderloin!
