Red Pepper Hummus Board
Prep: 25 minutes • Serves: 8
2 cups roasted red pepper hummus
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 English cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and shaved thin with vegetable peeler
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup drained sliced black olives
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
3 pita bread loaves, each cut into 8 wedges
2 cups sea salt pita chips

1.Spread hummus over large cutting board; sprinkle with onions, cucumber, cheese, tomatoes and olives. Drizzle hummus mixture with oil and sprinkle with basil; serve with pita bread and pita chips.
