Peachy Tomato-Basil Salsa

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 6

1 package (10 ounces) grape tomato medley, quartered
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium peach, halved, pitted and chopped
1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1.In large bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
