Air Fryer Vegetable Spring Rolls with Chili Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
2 boxes (12 ounces each) frozen vegetable spring rolls
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1. In medium bowl, whisk garlic, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and sriracha; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 1 cup.
2. Preheat 3-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. Brush spring rolls with vegetable oil; in 2 batches, air fry spring rolls 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
3. Sprinkle sauce with onion; serve with spring rolls.
