Fruit Board

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 12

24 whole-grain crackers
3 large kiwis, peeled and cut into 8 slices
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons honey
4 clementines, peeled and separated
1 Anjou pear, halved, cored and thinly sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1 red Bartlett pear, halved, cored and thinly sliced
1 Red Delicious apple, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup green and/or red grapes
1/2 cup dried mango
1/2 cup dried pineapple

1.To build board, place crackers and kiwi slices in 2 separate medium bowls; place cranberries and honey in 2 separate small bowls. Arrange bowls on large board; arrange clementine segments, pears, apples, grapes, mango and pineapple on board around bowls.
