Lunchtime Bento Box

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 4

4 slices deli turkey meat, each cut into 4 strips
16 wooden toothpicks
16 (1-inch) cubes Cheddar cheese
4 (6-compartment) bento-style lunchboxes
8 (4-inch) celery sticks
2 cups animal crackers
1 cup green seedless grapes
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1.Fold turkey strips into (1-inch) squares; thread turkey and Cheddar cheese onto toothpicks. Makes 16 toothpicks.

2.Fill lunchboxes by dividing celery into 1 compartment, crackers into 1 compartment, grapes into 1 compartment, cottage cheese into 1 compartment, peanut butter into 1 compartment and skewers into remaining compartment; cover with lids and refrigerate up to 5 days.
