Pineapple, Mango, Coconut & Raspberry Cake in a Jar

1 (16-ounce) Mason jar with lid
3/4 cup whipped cream (place in a piping bag with star tip)
3/4 cup pound cake (cubed)
2 tablespoons pineapple (small dice)
2 tablespoons mango (small dice)
12 raspberries
10 dried coconut strips
6 – 8 pieces freeze-dried mango
1/2 cup vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon chocolate shavings
3/4 cup whipped cream (place in a piping bag with star tip)
3/4 cup pound cake (cubed)
2 tablespoons pineapple (small dice)
2 tablespoons mango (small dice)
12 raspberries
10 dried coconut strips
6 – 8 pieces freeze-dried mango
1/2 cup vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon chocolate shavings
1. Line the bottom of the jar with 4 tablespoons whipped cream and drop 3 to 4 cubes of pound cake into the bottom.
2. Add the fruits and dried fruits (about 1/3 of each product) to the jar.
3. Drop 1/3 of the pudding into the center and push it down and out gently; just enough to level it out.
4. Add the whipped cream again to line the second layer and build the jar in the same order.
5. Top the jar with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with 3 raspberries, coconut strips, dried mango pieces and chocolate shavings.
