Sweet-Spicy Mustard Marinade
Prep: 5 minutes plus cooling
Cook: 3 minutes • Makes: about 3/4 cup
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup yellow mustard
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Domino Dark Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1.In small saucepot, heat oil over medium-low heat; add garlic and cook 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Whisk in mustard, vinegar, sugar, honey and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until sugar and honey dissolve, stirring frequently. Transfer to large bowl; cool completely. Makes about 10 tablespoons.

Chef Tip:
Use marinade on 1-1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, thighs or pork tenderloin. Marinate protein in large zip-top plastic bag in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Discard used marinade.
